Exciting news for Riverside Park and Gibbens Group with Riverside Park Office Tower recently receiving the Commercial Architecture Award at the Newcastle Architecture Awards in March 2015. 

The judging panel stated that: The Office Tower, located at the gateway to Gosford and the southern region of the NSW Central Coast, represents a significant catalyst toward improved economic prosperity within the region.  ‘The development has overcome a series of contextual hurdles and offers new commercial opportunities in the area.  ‘It is a simple commercial solution to a difficult contextual position. The design stands out as a future benchmark for the local area.’

All awarded projects will progress to the NSW Architecture Awards to be announced 2nd July 2015 in Sydney.
