Riverside Park, West Gosford
The Riverside Park development has enabled local and national companies to locate in a corporate setting with exposure to the major artery road of the Central Coast, close to the freeway and Gosford CBD. The development was deemed necessary in order to service West Gosford and surrounding areas.
Located in one of the most central and accessible locations on the Central Coast, the business park has access from all main roads in the area. It forms part of a larger 10 hectare business park that is now home to Reliance GP Super Clinic, Dan Murphys, Home Consortium (HomeCo), Nick Scali, Pet Stock, Jimmy G’s and more.
The entire Riverside Park development commenced in 2009 and was completed in May 2015. The design stands out as a future benchmark for the local area.”
Home Consortium (Home Co)
As part of the Australia wide program, the previous Masters Home Improvement Centre was re-purposed in 2018 by Home Consortium.

Riverside Park Business Suites
Forming part of the current Home Co complex, construction of the Riverside Park Business Suites was completed in 2012.
The Riverside Park Business Suites are easily accessible, with ample customer parking. A large pylon sign with fixed panel signage is available for tenant advertising. The premises are currently all leased.
The Riverside Homemaker Centre is home to some of the most high profile retail outlets in the business.
The Centre was constructed in 2014 with tenants commencing trading in May 2015. The total retail floor area covers 11,500 Sqm.
The Premises are fully leased and consist of furniture, bedding, lighting, sporting, outdoor equipment, homemaker products and storage. Road works have included constructed lights for easy access from all directions (Manns Rd, Riverside Drive and Central Coast Highway).

The Gibbens Group and Woolworths project management teams worked hard to deliver the finest quality Dan Murphy’s in Australia. This free standing, purpose built, 1,400Sqm building is one of a kind for Dan Murphy’s, featuring a sandstone wall on the front façade, facing the Central Coast Highway for maximum impact and exposure.

The project included major site remediation and infrastructure upgrades, ultimately providing a facility that exceeds end user expectations.
