The Riverside Park development has enabled local and national companies to locate in a corporate setting with exposure to the major artery road of the Central Coast, close to the freeway and Gosford CBD. The development was deemed necessary in order to service West Gosford and surrounding areas.
Located in one of the most central and accessible locations on the Central Coast, the business park has access from all main roads in the area. It forms part of a larger 10 hectare business park that is now home to Reliance GP Super Clinic, Dan Murphys, Home Consortium (HomeCo), Nick Scali, Pet Stock, Jimmy G’s and more.
The entire Riverside Park development commenced in 2009 and was completed in May 2015. Since commencement, the development has boosted the economy on the Central Coast through the successful completion of each development to-date. The entire complex consists of corporate, retail and commercial leasing and covers an area of 100,000 Sqm in total land area.
Riverside Park has fast become a major hub of the Central Coast, given the central location, close to M1 and also completed roadworks in the area. All businesses located at Riverside Park are easily accessible from Central Coast Highway, Riverside Drive and Manns Road.
The construction of the Riverside Park four storey Office Tower was completed in 2013 by Taylor Construction. The Office Tower has clearly surpassed expectations with its award-winning design features, including innovation, quality, style and energy efficiency.
The 6,300 Sqm Office Tower has an open atrium style foyer, licensed restaurant, two lifts and an abundance of external and basement car parking. Office Tower tenants are already contributing towards a greener future, while reducing operating costs at the same time.
Gibbens Group, along with DWP|Suters (Architects), received the Commercial Architecture Award at the Newcastle Architecture Awards in March 2015. Judges commented that “the Office Tower represents a significant catalyst toward improved economic prosperity within the region, and that the development has overcome a series of contextual hurdles and offers new commercial opportunities in the area. The design stands out as a future benchmark for the local area.”
As part of the Australia wide program, the previous Masters Home Improvement Centre was re-purposed in 2018 by Home Consortium. The previous one tenant building has been divided into individual tenancies (10), to accommodate an excellent mis of retail stores across a total area of 13,500Sqm.
HomeCo West Gosford is in the heart of the New South Wales Central Coast. Serving West Gosford, and the greater Gosford area, the centre is a modern and highly convenient destination for lifestyle needs. Featuring a host of respected national brands such as Freedom, Bing Lee and Fantastic Furniture, as well as a range great-value specialty stores, HomeCo West Gosford is open seven days, and provides free and easy parking.
Forming part of the current Home Co building, Mainbrace Construction completed the Riverside Park Business Suites was completed in 2012. These suites have exposure to exposure to passing vehicles via Riverside Drive with plenty of parking in front of the building.
There is a large pylon sign to the front of the building with fixed panel signage for business advertising. A staircase positioned at the front lower level joined the Home Co building for easy access between the areas, to browse the retail stores whilst waiting for your appointment.
The Riverside Homemaker Centre is home to some of the most high-profile retail outlets in the business.
Gibbens Group engaged Mainbrace Construction completed the Homemaker Centre in 2014 with tenants commencing trading in May 2015. The total retail floor area covers 11,500 Sqm.
The Premises are fully leased and consist of furniture, bedding, lighting, sporting, outdoor equipment, homemaker products and storage. Central Coast Council constructed a new set of lights for easy access from all directions (Manns Rd, Riverside Drive and Central Coast Highway).
Crystalline Car Wash commenced trading in August 2016 and provide a vast range of professional car wash and detailing services, drop of your vehicle, take a browse across the retail centres or drop into one of our multiple cafes on site whilst you wait.
The Gibbens Group and Woolworths project management teams worked hard to deliver the finest quality Dan Murphy’s in Australia. This free standing, purpose built, 1,400Sqm building is one of a kind for Dan Murphy’s, featuring a sandstone wall on the front façade, facing the Central Coast Highway for maximum impact and exposure.
This premise was one of the first of a new roll out for Dan Murphy’s featuring the Y-System lighting over the fine wine area, green perimeter directional lighting and walls, purpose-built wine tasting facilities, polished concrete floor and high ceilings.
The location is easily accessible from Central Coast Highway, providing ample parking and advertising opportunities include a 12 metre pylon sign complete with double sided LED screen.
Construction of the Moneywise Building was completed in 2010. The building is a 2,300 Sqm, two story commercial building with an external terrace feature; located within Riverside Park, West Gosford.
The building was designed to incorporate abundant car parking and access to complement existing and future developments. The building consists of ground and first floor owned by Moneywise. The external facade was designed to take advantage of the surrounding and future development, providing a corporate feel and approach to the facilities end users.
The KFC building was completed to KFC’s high standards in December 2009, and commenced trading in January 2010. The free-standing building covers a total of 344 Sqm, with a drive through facility, ample customer parking and easy access from the Central Coast Highway.
The project included major site remediation and infrastructure upgrades, ultimately providing a facility that exceeds end user expectations.
